This is the second pair of glasses that I have purchased from Valley Opticians. I have a severe degree of astigmatism and Doctor Danson is the only one who seems to be able to get my prescription right. Valley Opticians has a wonderful and very caring staff. Awesome customer service, rarely seen! Was looking for new eye doctor after being unsatisfied with their products and general attitude. I was also having problems with my current glasses, which were progressive! Valley Opticians told me I needed single lenses, so they made me some, and I see so much better now, no balance issues anymore! I can’t believe the difference! I am so glad I found them!

Absolutely amazing service and quality work. I spoke with Allison via email from their contact form on their website. She was very helpful and patient with me and my questions about insurance. When I came into the office she was able to quickly help me and I was able to select some frames that fit my style and comfort. They had my glasses ready within a few days and I absolutely love them. Valley Opticians have always taken good care of me. If my nose pieces are dirty, they replace them for free. If my wire frames get bent, they straighten them for me. I’ve been a customer for most of my life and I’m 62 years young. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get glasses. My prescription is a difficult one because I need prisms in the lenses. I can’t trust any others to get it right so I can see clearly.
